There are three circumstances where an RMA may be rejected: if no fault is found, if the item is damaged in transit, or if it is missing a major component.
When no fault is found, we will return the item after a two-day grace period, allowing the customer to contact us with further information to save wasted shipping. Items damaged due to improper packaging will be rejected and sent back as soon as possible. Missing components will be rejected but held onto while our agents get in contact with the customer to arrange the return of missing items.
