The estimated timeframe for repairs, replacements, and refunds will vary depending on the age of your product.
Within 30 days of purchase: Once we have received the item and confirmed the fault, we will replace the item from stock as soon as possible. If we do not currently have the stock, we will be in contact to agree on an alternative solution. Once a suitable replacement has been confirmed, a replacement order is created and will be shipped via Next Day Delivery. Typically, this whole process will have a 1 to 3 days’ turn around.
Outside of 30 days: Upon receipt, the item will be tested and confirmed as faulty by our team. From here, it is sent to the manufacturer, either for a repair or replacement performed by them. As we need to allow enough time for them to complete this action, the process can take up to 30 days. Once we have received an outcome from the manufacturer, we will forward this information on to you. It is rare that this process will take the full 30 days and is often resolved within a week.
System Repairs: Repair times will be affected by the time of year. Our busy season is November to February. During this time, repairs can take up to between 10 and 14 working days. Our normal season is March to October. During this time, repairs can be expected to take around 7 to 10 working days.
