Products that are currently on pre-order (or out of stock) can still be ordered if we expect to receive the product into our warehouse within the next couple of weeks/months.
We may also leave pre-orders open if stock is very limited and fulfil in batches as the stock arrives. This process ensures that we can supply existing orders on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you choose to order a product that is on pre-order (without an ETA displayed), we cannot guarantee when the product will arrive. In addition to this, an ETA is not a guarantee, and we cannot 100% confirm that stock will land on the date displayed. Unfortunately, the product could be delayed depending on demand or factors outside of our control.
