Some manufacturers may offer an extended warranty period. In this instance, you are required to contact the manufacturer directly within the first 30 days to register. This extended period of warranty is then held with the manufacturer directly and not Overclockers UK.
For certain products, we may request that you contact the manufacturer directly. This is because they may offer enhanced support or a faster turnaround time.
If you are unable to do this, we respect your decision and will process the warranty claim on your behalf. Just be aware that this could cause a delay.
