Unfortunately, we are unable to arrange a collection for items being returned to us outside of the UK mainland or Northern and Republic of Ireland (Postage costs can be covered for Northern Ireland). In the unlikely event that a return is required (under warranty) – you will need to initially organise the collection and cover any associated costs.

The warranty supplied with your product is included irrespective of where you live. Before contacting us, we highly recommend checking if you’re eligible to receive direct warranty support from the manufacturer. Not only will this save time, but certain manufacturers will organise a collection or even cover related costs.
