Unfortunately, we are unable to arrange a collection for items being returned to us outside of the UK mainland or Ireland. In the unlikely event that a return is required (under warranty) – you will need to initially organise the collection and cover any associated costs.
With that said, we can reimburse shipping costs up to £30 for items being returned from within the EU. Sadly, if you live outside of this zone, we are unable to refund any related costs.
The warranty supplied with your product is included irrespective of where you live. Before contacting us, we highly recommend checking if you’re eligible to receive direct warranty support from the manufacturer. Not only will this save time, but certain manufacturers will organise a collection or even cover related costs.
