Overclockers UK will only cover postage in the unlikely event that you have received a faulty item or experienced issues caused by factors outside of your control.

In most cases, we can issue a pre-paid DPD shipping label to cover the cost of the return. However, if the product is a large or heavy item we may arrange a DPD collection.

If you are returning an unwanted item – you will need to make your own arrangements after you have set up an RMA with the returns team.

Please Note

If you live outside of the UK mainland (or Ireland), we are unable to arrange a collection or issue a DPD returns label. In this instance, we offer to reimburse shipping costs of up to £30 for items being returned from within the EU. Sadly, if you live outside of this zone, we are unable to refund any related costs.
