If your finance application has been unsuccessful, your order will be automatically cancelled.
Any pending payments will be released immediately, but please be advised that your bank may take up to seven working days to update your account balance.
Depending on what bank you use, this can appear as either a refund on your transaction history, deleted from your payment history, or the payment status will display as void.
However, if you don’t see an update on the payment within seven working days, please get in touch with us so we can investigate this further for you.
