How do I know an item is B Grade?
Here at Overclockers UK, we have a range of products listed as B Grade. They can be easily identified by the **B Grade**at the start of the product title. What’s more, each product page features a disclaimer, in a red box.
What is a B Grade product?
A B Grade product is an item that has superficial damage, missing parts, has been previously used, or any combination of these. They should still be an operable product, but cannot be sold at full price due to the aforementioned conditions.
What condition will a B Grade product be in?
B Grade products often have scuff marks or slight scratched, but are still operational. Certain accessories or features could be missing, such as I/O shields on motherboards. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the condition of any B Grade product, as it varies from item to item.
Does a B Grade product come with warranty?
In short, yes. Any warranty originally stated on the packaging, manual, product page is void. However, they come with a 90-day OcUK warranty, If a manufacturer provides direct end user support it may still be possible to gain support from them directly.
